Learning from case law for children's practitioners
Learning from case law for children's practitioners
Delivered online using Teams
12:00 - 13:00 Tuesday, 10 February 2026
Join an upcoming webinar that will explore how to use Case Law and Legal Summaries to support practice with children and families.
Our Case Law and Legal Summaries provide a detailed overview and analysis of selected cases, highlighting implications for children and young people's social care practice.
Focusing on key themes from recent summarised judgments, this webinar will consider the current issues gaining judicial attention, and what this means for practitioners working with the family courts.
The webinar will be responsive to the emerging judgments which impact the sector. Themes commonly covered include delay in proceedings, the use of experts, and children subject to deprivation of liberty orders.
